Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 March 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website aramalgorithm.ai (“Website”) and the evidence replay services (“Services”) offered by Aram Algorithm (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Aram Algorithm provides adversarial evidence replay for completed German employment termination decisions. The Services consist of structured, gate-by-gate reconstruction of termination documentation under applicable German employment law frameworks (KSchG, BetrVG, AGG, and related statutes).
The Services evaluate the completeness and structural integrity of the contemporaneous evidence record. They do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinion of any kind. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
3. No Legal Advice
Nothing on this Website or in any deliverable produced by Aram Algorithm constitutes legal advice. Our outputs are technical evidence reconstructions, not legal conclusions. You should consult a qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) for legal advice regarding any termination matter.
Aram Algorithm is not a law firm and does not provide services that constitute legal advice under the German Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz (RDG).
4. Engagement Terms
Individual evidence replay engagements are governed by a separate engagement confirmation. Pricing, scope, turnaround, and deliverable specifications are confirmed in writing before work begins. These Terms apply in addition to any engagement-specific terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- Website content: All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Aram Algorithm and protected under German copyright law (UrhG).
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their internal legal and business purposes.
- Methodology: The evidence replay methodology, gate architecture, and evaluation framework remain the intellectual property of Aram Algorithm.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client-submitted case materials as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, case details, or deliverable contents to third parties except as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations are set out in the engagement confirmation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aram Algorithm’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory German law (e.g., intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health).
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected through this Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client engagement data is processed under the terms of the engagement confirmation and applicable data protection law.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates the last revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
